Call for Drawings+ 2023: Applications Starting from 7 November
The Disegno+ 2023 call supports micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) in the valorisation of designs and models through concessions granted in the form of contributions on capital account.
Companies that, at the date of submission of the application for participation, meet the following requirements can benefit from the benefits provided by this Notice:
– Have registered and operational headquarters in Italy;
– Be the owner of the design/model object of the valorization project. The design/model must be registered with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) or the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) or the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In this last case, Italy must be among the designated countries. The design/model must be registered starting from 1 January 2021 and in any case prior to the submission of the application for participation and be valid.
Expenses for the acquisition of external specialist services incurred after the date of submission of the application for participation are eligible. These also include expenses relating to legal consultancy for protection against infringement actions and/or for licensing agreements and technical-economic consultancy for the design/model for the purposes of transferability of the registered design/model.
The benefits are granted up to 80% of eligible expenses within the maximum amount of 60 thousand euros and in compliance with the maximum amounts envisaged for each type of service.</p >
The resources available for the implementation of the Call amount to a total of 10 million euros.
Applications can be submitted starting from 9.30 am on 7 November 2023 until resources are exhausted.
