Ideas Powered for business – Voucher for Trademarks and Designs
Implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
It is a grant designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the European Union protect their intellectual property rights, in particular Trademarks and Designs at national and European level.
It is a reimbursement program that issues vouchers that can be used in part to partly cover the taxes relating to the registration activities at national and European level of Trademarks, Designs and Models, for an amount equal to a maximum of €1,000.00 to be used for the registration.
PROCEDURE:
- Completion of the application form with documents and voucher request;
- the EUIPO responds to the Voucher grant within 15 days;
- once a positive outcome has been obtained, within two months we proceed with the filing activities and with the payment of the filing fees;
- Request to EUIPO for reimbursement of expenses incurred.
DRESS FUND: Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
TIMES: active from 23 January 2023 to 8 December 2023.
